Overview. This website is operated by Kovlo Shop. By visiting kovloshop.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and prices. We try to describe every product and its contents accurately, including anything not included in the box. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. We may change prices or stop selling an item at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Shipping and returns. Delivery times and costs are described in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Payments. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Product use. Please follow the instructions that come with each product, especially for heated and battery-powered items. Don't use heated products while sleeping, on numb skin, or on young children without supervision.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, Kovlo Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws.

Privacy. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
