Shipping policy

Where we ship: Kovlo Shop currently ships within the United States.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: most orders arrive in 7–15 business days after processing. Our items ship from partner warehouses, so delivery takes longer than next-day retailers. We'd rather tell you this up front.

Tracking: every order is shipped with tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping cost: shown at checkout before you pay. Some items ship free.

Multiple items: items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Late or lost package: if your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, or tracking stops updating, email arikleinak@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with a reship or a refund.
