How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from our partner warehouses. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items for a full refund. Email us with your order number to start. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it at no cost. See our refund policy.
Does the heated vest come with a power bank?
No. The USB heated vest needs a standard 5V USB power bank, which is not included. Most phone power banks work.
Do the hand warmers need a power bank?
No. The hand warmers have built-in rechargeable batteries and come with a USB charging cable. You just need a USB wall adapter or computer port to charge them (wall adapter not included).
